FairPlay Pro Terms — Clear Conditions on Age, Single IDs and Account Closure
Read the FairPlay Pro terms before you ask the desk for an ID. Six numbered conditions settle who may apply, how old the published information is, how many IDs one mobile number can hold, where the buttons lead, what is not promised about addresses and whose job state law is. Applying counts as agreement.
Six Official FairPlay Pro Terms, Numbered and Kept Short
Wording last reviewed on 30 Sep 2026
- You are 18 or older. Seventeen is a no. The FairPlay desk takes four details and age is the last of them; a request that shows a younger applicant ends there, with no consent-from-a-parent route around it.
- What you read here carries a date. Address results, timings and amounts on this website were tested or confirmed on 30 Sep 2026. FairPlay can move a figure the following morning, so treat each page as a record of that day and check with the desk before you act on a number.
- One ID for one mobile number. A second FairPlay ID on a number that already holds one breaks these terms. The request itself is covered on the FairPlay ID page.
- Buttons lead off this website. Every apply or sign-in button here opens a separate destination. From that point its own rules apply, not these six.
- No address is promised to stay up. On the test date fairplaypro.com replied and its www form stayed silent for 12 seconds. Next week those two results could swap. This website reports what a FairPlay address did on one day and guarantees nothing about the day after.
- State law is yours to check. There is no central licence and the rules differ from state to state. Whether FairPlay may be used where you live is a question you answer before applying, not one this website answers for you.
How FairPlay Pro Terms Treat Real Money Timing and Account Closure
Two of the six conditions can end an account. The other four limit what you may hold this website to. That split is probably the most useful thing to take away from the FairPlay Pro terms, so here it is as a table.
| Condition | What breaks it | Result under FairPlay Pro terms |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Age | Applicant is under 18 | Request refused; an ID already issued is closed |
| 3. Single ID | Second ID on the same mobile number | The later ID is closed |
| 2, 4, 5, 6 | Nothing to break | They limit what this website promises |
Money timing sits under condition 2. FairPlay deposits start at ₹200 and a payout request at ₹500, with UPI landing in roughly 25 minutes and a bank transfer in about 2 hours; the FairPlay withdrawal time page has the detail. Notice the word roughly. A UPI payout that shows up after 40 min on an IPL evening has broken no FairPlay condition, since condition 2 only records what was usual on 30 Sep 2026.
FairPlay Pro Terms Applied to a Real Request
A common case at the desk goes like this. Someone sends name, city and age, then gives a brother's mobile number because his own phone is in for repair. That number already holds a FairPlay ID. Condition 3 stops the request there (the desk does not weigh up who is asking, only whether the number is taken), and the fix is simply to come back with a number of his own.
Disagree with any of the six? Then do not apply. That is the whole mechanism: there is no box to tick, and sending the FairPlay desk your four details is what counts as acceptance.
